Delivery Time

We ship the item from the warehouse within 1-3 business days to the customer.

We ship and sell products worldwide, and under normal circumstances, deliveries take between 8-12 business days depending on the shipping option you choose. Orders placed on weekends are usually packed and shipped the next business day.

Personalized products may take an additional 2-4 days to handle.

Delivery dates are based on business days and do not include weekends and holidays.

Please note that special orders may have longer processing and manufacturing times.

If delays in delivery occur due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as during an ongoing global pandemic, we are not responsible for any issues caused by the delivery time. Please wait up to 30 business days before contacting customer service about a missing order by tracking it with the provided tracking number.

If you have questions regarding deliveries, you should always contact us via email with the subject line "Delivery" so that we can respond as quickly as possible.

Products are shipped directly from our partner's warehouse to offer you the best possible prices. We reserve the right for any errors that may occur in connection with third-party logistics. By making a purchase with us, you accept all the terms specified on this website. Therefore, we advise you to contact us in advance if you have questions regarding a purchase before entering into a purchase agreement. For any complaints or other questions, you should always contact us via email and nowhere else to ensure that you receive a response as quickly as possible.

For all packages that are not picked up, our brand reserves the right to charge you, the customer, 20 USD for incurred costs for return shipping and handling.

Import VAT & Customs Duty

Shipping items directly from our supplier outside the EU means that the shipment may sometimes be subject to import VAT and customs duty. This does not happen very often, and if you receive a notification from Postnord to pay import VAT, please let us know so we can look into it further.

Where is my order?

Your order will be shipped from our partner's warehouse within 1-3 business days*, and we will send you an email with a delivery confirmation that includes your tracking number and delivery information.

*During high volumes, processing times may vary up to 7 days; the time indicated above is only an estimate of what our packages usually take to process. The times above are not guaranteed delivery times.

My package cannot be tracked, what can I do?

After receiving the email confirmation of your shipment, it can take up to 5-7 business days for the tracking code to become active. If you still have issues, do not hesitate to contact us.
